ANTIRUST

 

A system designed to apply a protective film of lubricant in a precise and controlled way on round tubes, square/rectangular profiles and complex shapes.

 

The ANTIRUST device can apply protective oil just before the cutting process and be integrated in every type of production line.

 

The protection of the finished product is advised above all  in  the case of transport with large changes in temperature, outdoor warehousing as well as in other cases in which oxidation is prejudicial to the working process.

 

The application of these protective lubricants requires management and control of the uniformity of application over the entire surface.

 

LCP Antirust spraying machines are able to apply a protective film of lubricant measurable in g/m² which is adjustable automatically with line speed, up to a maximum of 200 m/min.

The machine is built with a rugged steel frame in which the nozzle spray system is housed. They are available in three different models to cover the full range of pipe & profile manufacture.
