Main Control System

The management of all the parameters of the lubrication machine is fulfilled thanks to a programmable system (PLC) and a 5” touch screen operator interface which controls:

- Quantity of Lubricant applied in g/m²

- Activation of the Nozzles

- Suction System Management

- Up and Down Position System

- Blowing Motor System

In addition, the system is equipped with a monitoring system of all parameters and diagnostic reporting with video touch signaling any possible faults.

Automatic re-filling tank

It allows the automatic tank refill through the management of minimum and maximum levels.

The oil tank is not under pressure. The fully automatic system does not require any supervision by the operator with regards to the refilling of the tank.

Nozzle’s high technology

High technology spray nozzle with incorporated flow control system ensure a uniform oil film on the surface.  The high precision pump is able to spray any kind of oil media with different viscosity.

The low pressured nozzles (only 0,3 bar) are specially designed and manufactured by DieTronic .

Flow Control

Through flow sensors at low flow rates you can monitor the actual movement of the liquid through every single spray nozzle by the amount set on the touch screen.

An high sensitive sensor incorporated in spray nozzles is electronically driven by an algorithm which is able to detect the lack of fluid with ratio less than 0,0017 ml.

This feature will be able to detect when the spray nozzle is not supplied with oil for different reasons such as:

- blocked nozzles

- Pump not working properly

Flow control is based on a complete know-how technology developed and manufactured by DieTronic.

Air mist cleaner and fluid recovery system

DESIGNED FOR HIGH-DUTY PRODUCTION MACHINE TOOLS WORKING ON 3 SHIFTS

Guarantee of constructive solidity of its mechanical parts. It consists of 3 stage filter, which can be configured according to the type of pollutant, type of machining process and/or residual concentration of pollutant. External exhaust of air at < 0,1 mg/m3. The anti-rust oil is separated from the emulsion oil to be filtered and fed back automatically to the main tank of the lubricant.

The system allows you to retrieve the minimum amount of product at the bottom of the Spraying Chamber.

Up and down system

Centering system of the spray nozzle assembly according to the tube line. It allows to find a symmetrical position with respect to the position of the tube or profile.

The system is equipped with a motor and allows an adjustment +/-100 mm.

Positioning is done via the machine's touch panel.
